Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use the Tool for your personal or professional real estate business. You may use the Tool to analyze an unlimited number of properties. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Tool with other agents, brokers, or third parties.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Tool for any reason within 7 days of purchase, contact us at adejohn@adjcommercial.com for a full refund. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.
The Tool is designed to assist real estate professionals in analyzing multifamily investment properties. It is provided as an analytical aid, not as financial, legal, or investment advice. All analyses produced by the Tool depend on the inputs provided by the user, and reliability is a function of input accuracy.
Cap rates, market conditions, and property values change continuously. You are responsible for verifying current market data before making any recommendation to a client. The Tool references external data sources (including apartmentpropertyvaluation.com) for supplementary cap rate information; those sources are independent of ADJ Commercial and their accuracy is not warranted by us.
The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ADJ Commercial makes no representations regarding the accuracy of the Tool's output when used in real-world transactions. Users are solely responsible for reviewing calculations before relying on them for client presentations or transaction decisions.
ADJ Commercial's liability related to the Tool is limited to the amount paid for the purchase. In no event shall ADJ Commercial be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Tool.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
